24/7 emergency water damage. On site within 60 minutes.
24/7 emergency service
Some leaks announce themselves. Others show up as a water bill that jumped, a warm spot on the floor or a musty smell in one room. We use moisture meters and thermal imaging to find water inside walls, under slabs and in crawl spaces without tearing your house apart looking for it. Call (910) 606-6161.
Finding the source
Meters and thermal imaging first, drywall saw last.

Thermal imaging and pin meters instead of exploratory holes.
We would much rather open one small section of drywall in the right place than five in the wrong ones. A thermal camera shows the temperature signature of wet material, and pin and pinless meters confirm it. Once we find the source, we can dry out whatever it has already damaged.

Warm spots, high bills and damp flooring on slab homes.
Supply and drain lines dripping onto insulation for weeks.
Is it the roof, a bathroom above, or the AC?
Fridge lines and dishwasher connections that never show a puddle.
It is usually above you or below you.
Scope and pricing
What we don't do: repair the line. We find the water, tell you where it is coming from and dry what it damaged. The plumbing repair is a separate trade.
Inspection and moisture mapping are free. If it is an insurance loss, we write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software your adjuster uses, and bill the carrier directly; you pay your deductible and nothing else unless the carrier denies part of the scope, and we tell you that before we do the work.
For out-of-pocket jobs you get a written estimate before we start. Some written estimates on larger non-insurance jobs carry a fee that is credited back if you hire us.
Rebuild after drying is scoped and quoted separately from the mitigation work.
How it works
You talk to the technician coming out. On site within 60 minutes, 24/7.
Moisture meters and a thermal camera find every wet material, including inside walls and under floors. Photos start here.
Standing water out, unsalvageable material removed, containment and air scrubbers up if the loss needs them.
LGR dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the loss. Daily readings until materials hit dry standard, usually 3 to 5 days.
Drying logs, photos and the Xactimate estimate go to your adjuster, so any rebuild is scoped against the claim.
You get a call from the person driving, not an automated text.

It depends on what we find.
If the leak turns out to be a sudden failure, the detection and the resulting water damage are usually part of a covered claim. A leak that has run for months is often treated as maintenance. Either way, the inspection is free and we document what we find.
We write the estimate in Xactimate, keep daily drying logs and photos, meet the adjuster on site, and bill the carrier directly. How we handle insurance claims
1. Call us first so the drying starts.
2. Call your carrier and open a claim.
3. Send us the claim number and adjuster name.
We do the rest.
We photograph and meter everything before anything moves, so the loss is on record.
Drying starts the same day. You open the claim; we send the estimate and logs.
On site, with the Xactimate scope. Direct billing; you pay the deductible.

FAQ
How do you find a leak without opening walls?
A thermal camera shows where materials are cooler because they are wet. Pin and pinless moisture meters confirm it and tell us how wet. We follow the readings back to the source before anything is opened.
My water bill jumped but I see no water. Is that a leak?
Often, yes. Shut every fixture off and check whether the meter is still moving. If it is, the water is going somewhere, usually under the slab or into the crawl space. Call for a free inspection.
Do you fix the leak once you find it?
No. We locate it and dry the damage. The line repair is a separate trade.
Is the leak detection free?
The inspection and moisture mapping are free. If you need a written estimate for a non-insurance drying job, we say up front whether there is a fee.
What if you do not find anything?
Then you get a straight answer that there is nothing worth doing. That happens, and we would rather tell you than invent work.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. Moisture mapping and a thermal scan are free. If you need a written estimate for a non-insurance job, we say up front whether there is a fee.
Call or text and the owner answers. If it is an emergency, say so and we roll.
