24/7 emergency service
Don't tear out the wet flooring yet. In a South Raleigh ranch on a crawl space, the water you can see is only part of it, and pulling material before it is photographed and metered makes the insurance claim harder. Move what you can, take pictures, and call (910) 606-6161 before anything else comes up.

South Raleigh houses and weather
Walnut Creek and its floodplain run through the middle of South Raleigh, and nuisance flooding on the low streets near it is well known to anyone who lives there.
Biltmore Hills, Rochester Heights, Southgate and Carolina Pines were built from the 1950s to the 1970s on vented crawl spaces, so storm water tends to end up under the floor rather than in the living room.
Many of those homes still have original cast-iron drains, clay sewer lines and water heaters in the same utility closets they were built with, which is why water heater leaks are a steady risk.
Newer infill along Lake Wheeler Road and Ten-Ten Road is built on slabs, where a leak spreads under flooring instead.
What we do in South Raleigh
South Raleigh is the closest part of our service area, and our water damage restoration and drying starts with a moisture map, then removes the water and runs equipment until readings hit dry standard.

After storms, low streets near Walnut Creek send water under the house. We pump out the flooded crawl space, pull soaked insulation and dry the joists with daily readings.

Containment, removal and antimicrobial treatment in crawl spaces, attics, baths and closets. Testing is done independently, not by us.
Flooding from hurricane remnants and heavy rain, wind and fallen-tree openings, roof leak dry-outs.
Original cast-iron and clay lines in 1950s to 1970s homes can back up into tubs and floor drains. Sewage cleanup means containment, removal of what it touched, disinfection and drying.
We dry out the water left behind by firefighting. Board-up, soot, odor and contents work are not services we do in house.

FAQ
Does the flooding near Walnut Creek count as a flood claim?
Rising water from outside is usually a flood policy question, while water through a damaged roof or a burst pipe is usually a homeowner claim. We document the source so the right claim is filed.
Can a 1960s crawl space really dry without tearing out the floor?
Most can, because the subfloor and joists dry from below with the right equipment. We meter every day and remove only what the readings say is ruined.
What should I do while I wait for you?
Shut off the water if you can find the valve, and keep people and pets away from any sewage. Photograph everything before moving it.
Do you replace water heaters or fix sewer lines?
Those are plumbing repairs and a separate trade. We clean, dry and document so the repair and the drying do not hold each other up.
How much does the inspection cost?
Nothing. Moisture mapping and a thermal scan are free, and you get a clear answer on what is wet.
