24/7 emergency water damage. On site within 60 minutes.
24/7 emergency service
Washing machine hoses, ice maker lines, dishwashers and water heaters do more quiet damage than storms. They leak slowly, behind or underneath something, and by the time you spot the warped board the subfloor has been wet for weeks. Free inspections, 24/7. Call (910) 606-6161.
Quiet leaks
Appliance leaks run behind and underneath things. The cabinet base and subfloor are usually wet even when the floor looks dry.

Door seals, supply lines and drain hoses under the cabinet.
A slow dishwasher leak wicks under the hardwood and across the subfloor without ever showing a puddle. We track how far the water traveled with meters and a thermal camera, pull moisture out of cabinets, flooring and wall cavities, and dry it so you are not replacing a kitchen you could have saved.

Burst supply hoses and overflowing drains in the laundry room.
Pinhole leaks behind the fridge, running for months.
Tank failures in utility closets and on attic platforms.
Clogged drain lines on attic air handlers.
Sudden failures usually are.
Scope and pricing
What we don't do: appliance repair or replacement. We dry the cabinet base, subfloor and wall cavities and document the damage. The appliance itself is your call.
Inspection and moisture mapping are free. If it is an insurance loss, we write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software your adjuster uses, and bill the carrier directly; you pay your deductible and nothing else unless the carrier denies part of the scope, and we tell you that before we do the work.
For out-of-pocket jobs you get a written estimate before we start. Some written estimates on larger non-insurance jobs carry a fee that is credited back if you hire us.
Rebuild after drying is scoped and quoted separately from the mitigation work.
How it works
You talk to the technician coming out. On site within 60 minutes, 24/7.
Moisture meters and a thermal camera find every wet material, including inside walls and under floors. Photos start here.
Standing water out, unsalvageable material removed, containment and air scrubbers up if the loss needs them.
LGR dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the loss. Daily readings until materials hit dry standard, usually 3 to 5 days.
Drying logs, photos and the Xactimate estimate go to your adjuster, so any rebuild is scoped against the claim.
You get a call from the person driving, not an automated text.

Sudden failures, usually yes. A line that dripped for months, usually no.
A supply hose that bursts or a dishwasher that fails suddenly is the kind of loss a homeowner policy expects to pay for. The water damage is covered; the appliance usually is not. Slow leaks that ran for a long time are often treated as maintenance. We document how long materials have been wet. We cannot promise how a carrier will rule.
We write the estimate in Xactimate, keep daily drying logs and photos, meet the adjuster on site, and bill the carrier directly. How we handle insurance claims
1. Call us first so the drying starts.
2. Call your carrier and open a claim.
3. Send us the claim number and adjuster name.
We do the rest.
We photograph and meter everything before anything moves, so the loss is on record.
Drying starts the same day. You open the claim; we send the estimate and logs.
On site, with the Xactimate scope. Direct billing; you pay the deductible.

FAQ
The floor looks fine. How do I know if it is wet underneath?
Cupping boards, a soft spot, a musty smell near the appliance or a stain on the ceiling below. A moisture meter and thermal scan answer it in a few minutes, and the inspection is free.
Do the cabinets have to come out?
Not always. Cabinet bases and toe kicks are usually wet even when the floor looks dry. We often dry them in place with targeted equipment; we remove them when the material is falling apart or mold has started.
Can you fix the dishwasher?
No. We dry and document. The appliance repair or replacement is your call, and our work does not wait on it.
Should I turn the water off?
Yes, at the appliance valve if you can reach it, otherwise at the main. Then call.
How long does drying take?
Most appliance losses dry in 3 to 5 days. Hardwood floors dried with mat systems can take longer.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. Moisture mapping and a thermal scan are free. If you need a written estimate for a non-insurance job, we say up front whether there is a fee.
Call or text and the owner answers. If it is an emergency, say so and we roll.
