24/7 emergency water damage. On site within 60 minutes.
24/7 emergency service
It starts as a faint sewer smell from the bathroom drain, or a damp, earthy odor under an older house near downtown Fuquay-Varina. On the county side, it can mean a septic backup working its way up; in town, a slow leak under the floor. Either way, the smell means water has been sitting where you cannot see it.

Fuquay-Varina houses and weather
Fuquay-Varina has three kinds of houses, and each gets wet a different way.
The older homes downtown and on the Varina side were built from the 1940s on brick-pier crawl spaces with original plumbing, so leaks under the floor run for a long time before anyone notices.
The newer subdivisions, South Lakes, Ballentine Place, Crooked Creek and the streets off Judd Parkway, swap those risks for attic HVAC, condensate lines and aging water heaters.
On the edges of town and out toward Willow Spring, homes run on wells and septic, and a failed drain field can send waste back into the house. Kenneth Creek and Middle Creek collect runoff from heavy rain.

Containment, removal and antimicrobial treatment in crawl spaces, attics, baths and closets. Testing is done independently, not by us.
Flooding from hurricane remnants and heavy rain, wind and fallen-tree openings, roof leak dry-outs.
Willow Spring and the county side run on septic, and a backup there comes up through the lowest drains first. Our sewage cleanup treats it as Category 3 water: containment, removal of anything the waste touched, disinfection, then drying.
We dry out the water left behind by firefighting. Board-up, soot, odor and contents work are not services we do in house.

FAQ
Do you cover Willow Spring and Angier?
Willow Spring is inside our regular area. For Angier and northern Harnett County, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can get there in time.
Is it safe to use the bathrooms during a septic backup?
Stop using every drain until the tank is pumped or the line is cleared, because more water pushes more waste back up. Keep people and pets out of the affected rooms.
Do you pump septic tanks?
Pumping and drain field repair are a separate trade. We handle the cleanup inside the house, and the two can happen the same day.
My house is on a well. Does that change anything?
A leak can make a well pump run constantly, which is often the first clue. Once the water is off, the drying works the same as in any other home.
How soon can you get here?
Emergency calls are answered 24/7, and Fuquay-Varina is among the quickest places in our area to reach. The target is on site within 60 minutes.
The first day decides how much of the house comes out. Dial (910) 606-6161; we aim to be there inside an hour.
