24/7 emergency water damage. On site within 60 minutes.
24/7 emergency service
An overflowing toilet or a tub someone forgot about puts a startling amount of water into a house in minutes, and it almost never stays in one room. We extract, clean and disinfect where it matters, and dry the structure underneath. 24/7. Call (910) 606-6161.
Where overflow water goes
A few minutes of running water finds every seam in the floor. Most of the damage from an upstairs overflow is in the subfloor and the ceiling below, not the bathroom.

Clean water from the tank, or Category 3 if waste was involved.
Upstairs overflows are the ones that catch people off guard. The floor looks fine once it is mopped, and the real damage shows up on the ceiling below a day later. We meter the floor, the ceiling cavity and the room beneath, extract what is there and dry the subfloor so you are not left with a soft spot in the hallway six months from now.

Second-floor baths draining into kitchens and living rooms.
Slow seepage that rots the subfloor around the toilet.
Category 3 water. Porous materials it touched come out.
Left running, or a failed drain line under the cabinet.
Sudden overflows usually are.
Scope and pricing
What we don't do: the plumbing repair. We extract, clean, dry and document. Resetting the toilet or fixing the drain is a separate trade.
Inspection and moisture mapping are free. If it is an insurance loss, we write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software your adjuster uses, and bill the carrier directly; you pay your deductible and nothing else unless the carrier denies part of the scope, and we tell you that before we do the work.
For out-of-pocket jobs you get a written estimate before we start. Some written estimates on larger non-insurance jobs carry a fee that is credited back if you hire us.
Rebuild after drying is scoped and quoted separately from the mitigation work.
How it works
You talk to the technician coming out. On site within 60 minutes, 24/7.
Moisture meters and a thermal camera find every wet material, including inside walls and under floors. Photos start here.
Standing water out, unsalvageable material removed, containment and air scrubbers up if the loss needs them.
LGR dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the loss. Daily readings until materials hit dry standard, usually 3 to 5 days.
Drying logs, photos and the Xactimate estimate go to your adjuster, so any rebuild is scoped against the claim.
You get a call from the person driving, not an automated text.

Sudden overflows, usually yes. Slow seepage from a failed wax ring, often not.
A toilet or tub that overflowed once is a sudden, accidental loss. A wax ring that leaked for months is usually treated as long-term seepage. We document the source and how long materials have been wet so the claim is decided on facts. We cannot promise how a carrier will rule.
We write the estimate in Xactimate, keep daily drying logs and photos, meet the adjuster on site, and bill the carrier directly. How we handle insurance claims
1. Call us first so the drying starts.
2. Call your carrier and open a claim.
3. Send us the claim number and adjuster name.
We do the rest.
We photograph and meter everything before anything moves, so the loss is on record.
Drying starts the same day. You open the claim; we send the estimate and logs.
On site, with the Xactimate scope. Direct billing; you pay the deductible.

FAQ
The floor is dry now. Do I still need you?
Probably. Water runs through the flooring seams into the subfloor and the ceiling below within minutes. A moisture meter and thermal scan tell you whether it is actually dry, and the inspection is free.
Was it clean water or sewage?
Water from the tank or the tub is clean water. Anything that came up from the bowl with waste is Category 3 water, and porous materials it touched come out rather than get dried in place.
Can you fix the toilet?
No. We extract, clean, dry and document. The plumbing repair is a separate trade, and we do not wait on it to start drying.
Will the ceiling below need to come down?
Sometimes. If the drywall is saturated or sagging, it comes out. If it is damp and sound, we can often dry it in place. We meter it before deciding.
How long does drying take?
Most overflows dry in 3 to 5 days with equipment in place and daily readings.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. Moisture mapping and a thermal scan are free. If you need a written estimate for a non-insurance job, we say up front whether there is a fee.
Call or text and the owner answers. If it is an emergency, say so and we roll.
