24/7 emergency service
Sewer and septic backups are a health problem before they are a property problem. Containment, full extraction, removal of what cannot be saved, disinfection and drying. 24/7. Call (910) 606-6161.
Category 3 water
Sewage is Category 3 water. Anything porous it touched comes out rather than gets dried in place, and everything that stays gets cleaned and disinfected before the structure is dried.

Main line blockages pushing water up through the lowest drain.
Tree roots, grease and collapsed lines back sewage up through tubs, showers and floor drains. We set containment, extract, remove the flooring and drywall it touched, disinfect and dry. The line repair itself is a separate trade, and our work does not wait on it.

Scope and pricing
What we don't do: the plumbing or septic repair. We clean, disinfect and dry the house. The line, tank or drain field is a separate trade, and the cleanup should not wait on it.
The inspection is free. Sewer and septic backups are often covered by a homeowner policy only if it carries a water backup endorsement, so check your declarations page or ask your agent. If it is covered, we write the estimate in Xactimate and bill the carrier directly.
For out-of-pocket jobs you get a written estimate before we start, and we tell you up front if a detailed written estimate carries a fee.
Rebuild after the cleanup is scoped and quoted separately from the mitigation work.
How it works
You talk to the technician coming out. Keep people and pets out of the affected area until we arrive.
Poly barriers, negative air and protective equipment before anything is touched.
Standing sewage out. Porous materials it touched are bagged and removed, not dried in place.
Hard surfaces, framing and subfloor that stay are cleaned and treated. Air scrubbers run throughout.
Dehumidifiers and air movers until readings hit dry standard. Photos and logs for your claim.
This is not a shop vac and bleach situation. Category 3 water gets a Category 3 cleanup.

Only if your policy has a water backup endorsement. Many do not by default.
Standard homeowner policies exclude water that backs up through sewers and drains unless a water backup or sump endorsement was added. When the endorsement is there, the cleanup is usually covered up to its limit. We cannot promise how a carrier will rule.
We photograph and document everything before it leaves the house, write the estimate in Xactimate and bill the carrier directly when it is covered. How we handle insurance claims
1. Call us first so containment goes up.
2. Check your policy for a water backup endorsement and open a claim.
3. Send us the claim number and adjuster name.
Photos and a list of everything removed, before it leaves the house.
The backup endorsement is listed on your declarations page. Containment goes up the same day while you look.
Every removed item is listed and photographed, so the adjuster can match it to the endorsement. Direct billing when covered.

FAQ
Is it safe to stay in the house?
Stay out of the affected rooms. If the backup is contained to one bathroom or the crawl space, most families stay home while we work behind containment. If it reached living areas or the HVAC, we talk it through when we arrive.
Can you fix the sewer line or septic tank?
No. We clean, disinfect and dry the house. The line, tank or drain field repair is a separate trade, and our cleanup does not wait on it.
Why does the carpet have to come out?
Sewage is Category 3 water. Carpet, pad, drywall and insulation it touched cannot be reliably disinfected, so they are removed and bagged. Hard surfaces that stay are cleaned and treated.
Will the smell go away?
Yes, once the contaminated material is out and the structure is dry. Odor that lingers means something is still wet or still in place, which is why we meter before we pull equipment.
Does insurance cover this?
Only with a water backup endorsement on the policy. Check your declarations page or ask your agent, and see how we handle insurance claims; we document everything either way.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. If you need a written estimate for a non-insurance job, we say up front whether there is a fee.
Call or text and the owner answers. If it is an emergency, say so and we roll.
