Warm spots on the floor, a water bill that jumped, damp flooring with no obvious source. Slab homes hide their leaks under the concrete. We find the wet footprint with meters and thermal imaging and dry what the water has already damaged. Call (910) 606-6161.
Under the concrete
Slab leaks run for weeks before they are found, and the water wicks up into bottom plates and drywall. Drying the slab is only half the job.

Warm spots on the floor and a water heater that never rests.
A hot line leaking under the slab shows up as a warm patch on the floor and a water bill that keeps climbing. We map the wet footprint with meters and thermal imaging, pull up flooring that cannot be saved and dry the slab and the walls it wicked into.

Scope and pricing
What we don't do: locate and repair the line under the concrete. We map the wet area from above, dry the flooring, slab surface and walls, and document the damage. The line repair is a separate trade.
Inspection and moisture mapping are free. If it is an insurance loss, we write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software your adjuster uses, and bill the carrier directly; you pay your deductible and nothing else unless the carrier denies part of the scope, and we tell you that before we do the work.
For out-of-pocket jobs you get a written estimate before we start. Some written estimates on larger non-insurance jobs carry a fee that is credited back if you hire us.
Rebuild after drying is scoped and quoted separately from the mitigation work.
How it works
You talk to the technician coming out. On site within 60 minutes, 24/7.
Moisture meters and a thermal camera find every wet material, including inside walls and under floors. Photos start here.
Standing water out, unsalvageable material removed, containment and air scrubbers up if the loss needs them.
LGR dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the loss. Daily readings until materials hit dry standard, usually 3 to 5 days.
Drying logs, photos and the Xactimate estimate go to your adjuster, so any rebuild is scoped against the claim.
You get a call from the person driving, not an automated text.

The water damage from a sudden break, often yes. The plumbing repair and slab access, it depends on the policy.
Many homeowner policies cover the resulting water damage from a sudden slab leak and treat the pipe repair itself differently. Whether tearing out the slab to reach the line is covered varies by policy. Long-running leaks are often treated as maintenance. We document the moisture footprint so the claim is decided on facts. We cannot promise how a carrier will rule.
We write the estimate in Xactimate, keep daily drying logs and photos, meet the adjuster on site, and bill the carrier directly. How we handle insurance claims

2. Call your carrier and open a claim.
3. Send us the claim number and adjuster name.
We do the rest.

FAQ
How do I know it is a slab leak?
A warm spot on the floor, a water bill that jumped, the sound of running water with everything off, or damp flooring with no source above it. A moisture map and thermal scan narrow it down, and the inspection is free.
Do you find and fix the leak?
No. We map how far the water spread from above and dry what it damaged. Locating and repairing the line under the slab is a separate trade.
Does the flooring have to come up?
Flooring that is saturated or delaminating comes up. Some hard flooring can be dried in place with mat systems. We meter it before deciding.
How long does a slab take to dry?
Concrete holds water. Plan on longer than a standard room, with daily readings until the slab surface and the walls hit dry standard.
Will there be mold?
Slab leaks usually run for a while before they are found, so we check the bottom plates and the back of the drywall. If mold has started, we are certified to handle it under the same job.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. Moisture mapping and a thermal scan are free. If you need a written estimate for a non-insurance job, we say up front whether there is a fee.
Call or text and the owner answers. If it is an emergency, say so and we roll.
