24/7 emergency water damage. On site within 60 minutes.
24/7 emergency service
Supply lines, PEX joints and the one or two hard freezes a Triangle winter brings. We stop the spread, pull the water out, open wet materials where we have to and dry the structure back to normal. On site within 60 minutes, 24/7. Call (910) 606-6161.
Where pipe water goes
A pipe failure puts a lot of water in a small space fast. It follows gravity through framing and subfloor, so the damage is usually bigger than the puddle.

Braided hoses, compression fittings and PEX joints inside walls.
Most pipe losses we see are a supply line or fitting that let go inside a wall or under a sink. Water runs down the framing and across the subfloor before it shows on the ceiling below. We open the cavity, dry the framing and document everything before the wall is closed back up.

Crawl space and exterior wall lines after a cold snap.
Found by the smell or a soft floor, not a puddle.
Warm spots, high water bills, damp flooring.
Slow drips that soak a cavity for weeks before anyone notices.
Sudden failures usually are. Long-running leaks usually are not.
Scope and pricing
What we don't do: the plumbing repair. We stop the water at the valve, extract, dry and document. The pipe itself is a separate trade, and the drying does not wait on it.
Inspection and moisture mapping are free. If it is an insurance loss, we write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software your adjuster uses, and bill the carrier directly; you pay your deductible and nothing else unless the carrier denies part of the scope, and we tell you that before we do the work.
For out-of-pocket jobs you get a written estimate before we start. Some written estimates on larger non-insurance jobs carry a fee that is credited back if you hire us.
Rebuild after drying is scoped and quoted separately from the mitigation work.
How it works
You talk to the technician coming out. On site within 60 minutes, 24/7.
Moisture meters and a thermal camera find every wet material, including inside walls and under floors. Photos start here.
Standing water out, unsalvageable material removed, containment and air scrubbers up if the loss needs them.
LGR dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the loss. Daily readings until materials hit dry standard, usually 3 to 5 days.
Drying logs, photos and the Xactimate estimate go to your adjuster, so any rebuild is scoped against the claim.
You get a call from the person driving, not an automated text.

Sudden failures, usually yes. A leak that ran for months, usually no.
A supply line or fitting that fails suddenly is the kind of loss a homeowner policy expects to pay for. The water damage is covered; the pipe repair itself often is not. A pinhole leak that soaked a wall for weeks is treated differently, which is why we document how long materials have been wet. We cannot promise how a carrier will rule.
We write the estimate in Xactimate, keep daily drying logs and photos, meet the adjuster on site, and bill the carrier directly. How we handle insurance claims
1. Call us first so the drying starts.
2. Call your carrier and open a claim.
3. Send us the claim number and adjuster name.
We do the rest.
We photograph and meter everything before anything moves, so the loss is on record.
Drying starts the same day. You open the claim; we send the estimate and logs.
On site, with the Xactimate scope. Direct billing; you pay the deductible.

FAQ
What should I do first?
Shut the water off at the main, then call. Photograph the standing water and anything it reached before you move it. Leave wet drywall and flooring in place until we meter it.
Can you fix the pipe?
No. We shut the water off at the valve, extract, dry and document. The plumbing repair is a separate trade, and we do not wait on it to start drying.
The wall looks dry now. Is it?
Drywall dries on the surface long before the framing and insulation behind it. A moisture meter and a thermal scan tell us what is still wet without opening the wall first.
How long does drying take?
Most pipe losses dry in 3 to 5 days once extraction and equipment are in place. We take readings every day and pull equipment when the numbers say the materials are dry, not on a schedule.
Do pipes really freeze in Raleigh?
One or two hard freezes a winter is all it takes for a line in a crawl space or exterior wall to split. The morning after a cold snap is one of our busiest.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. Moisture mapping and a thermal scan are free. If you need a written estimate for a non-insurance job, we say up front whether there is a fee.
Call or text and the owner answers. If it is an emergency, say so and we roll.
