Who runs it
Luiz Rocha started ProWorks Restoration in July 2025 after about three years working water and mold losses across the Triangle. He knew how the national-franchise model works: a dispatcher takes the call, a crew you have never met shows up, and the person who quoted the job is not the person doing it.
ProWorks is his answer to that. Luiz served more than eight years in the U.S. Air Force, and the company is veteran owned, family owned and locally owned. Owner-operated means the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up with the equipment, takes the moisture readings, and talks to your adjuster.
He is on every job himself: the inspection, the extraction, the daily readings and the paperwork for your claim. ProWorks is based south of Raleigh and works across Wake, Durham and Orange counties, with Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham and Chapel Hill making up most of the calls.
Off the job, ProWorks sponsors youth soccer in the area, including NCFC Academy this fall.
How we work

There is no call center and no sales rep. Luiz answers, asks what happened, tells you what to shut off, and is on the way. Within 60 minutes for emergencies, 24/7.

Moisture meters and a thermal camera map every wet material, including inside walls and under floors. Photos and readings start before demolition, so the loss is on record for your claim.

LGR dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the loss, readings every day, equipment pulled when the materials hit dry standard. Usually 3 to 5 days.

Plumbing, roofing, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and crawl space encapsulation are outside what we do. We say so up front rather than stretch into work we are not set up for, and we keep the drying moving while you line up the rest.
